Heeral Shah
Head of UK Debt Structuring, Global Lending Group | Barclays
Heeral is a seasoned banker starting her career in the Barclays Investment Bank, with experience in Global Loan Syndication, Leveraged Finance on Financial Sponsor backed buy-outs, and more recently International Corporate Banking. Heeral currently Heads the Alternative Finance and Mid-Market businesses in the Barclays Financial Institutions Group. Heeral founded and co-chairs the Barclays Asian Professionals Forum. She also Chairs the Corporate Bank Embrace forum, representing Ethnic Minority colleagues and Allies across the Corporate Bank globally. Heeral was recognised by EMpower as one of their 50 future leaders in 2019.
