Masterclass Description

Most people struggle to find a fulfilling career path. What if you didn’t have to choose a single path? More than ever before, today’s workers are prioritising freedom and flexibility over a seemingly secure corporate job. A study by the Department of Education (DfE) found that two-thirds of workers work multiple jobs. The study also revealed that portfolio careers are on the rise, with employees eager to broaden their skills and gain more experience.

A portfolio career entails monetising your skills in various ways and having multiple income streams, as opposed to working on just a single job. It gives you the freedom and flexibility to try different careers to get what you need from your jobs. A portfolio career also assists in the development and demonstration of skills in a variety of settings, the expansion of your network, and the acceleration of your learning.

Whether you’re ready to move up in your field, transition into a new career altogether, or simply stay where you are and thrive, a Career Portfolio is your “calling card.” This masterclass will teach you how to turn your diverse skills and interests into a thriving portfolio career.
