With a background in behavioural psychology and a lifelong passion for equality and social justice, Rosie has become one of the leading figures of the purpose and culture movement. Since founding Kin&Co at 29 she has helped leaders at organisations like NatWest Group, Legal and General, Barclays, Citibank, Tesco and BT to transform their organisations for the better.
Toni McKay
Head of Inclusion, Tesco
Toni Mckay graduated from the University of Loughborough with a First Class Bachelors of Honor Degree in psychology. She then decided to pursue a career in retail management. After spending 15 years in stores leading and developing teams whilst ensuring colleagues were at the heart of everything she does. Her huge passion for colleague experience, culture, and inclusion has opened up an opportunity which sees her as Head of Diversity and Inclusion for the UK in Tesco
Hannah Awonuga
Global Head of Colleague Engagement, D & I, Barclays
Hannah is responsible for strategic oversight of the global employee resource groups, socioeconomic inclusion strategy, and the creation of synergies with employee relations functions. Over the past 16yrs, Hannah has spent time in the retail bank, business, and corporate bank before transitioning into Diversity and Inclusion in 2019. She has over 10years of leadership experience and has been named an inspirational D&I leader by the esteemed professional body D&I inspirational leaders 2021 list.
Mduduzi Mswabuki
Partner, EY
Mduduzi moved to the UK after qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in Zimbabwe and has since spent over 15 years working with UK financial institutions focused on firms in the banking and capital markets sectors. He is the sponsor for the EY Race & Ethnicity Network and has recently taken up a role as EY UK D&I co-chair. He has been instrumental in driving the diversity and inclusion agenda within the firm, most recently helping to drive EY’s external anti-racism commitments in response to BLM.
