Jennifer Oyelade

Jennifer (Nwanosike) Oyelade is an International Recruitment Business Leader, EMEA Talent Acquisition Director, Employability Specialist, Writer, Author and Mentor. She is a member of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals (MIRP – UK) and an Organisational Change Advocate with an extensive career spanning across Europe, Middle East, North America and Sub-Sahara Africa.
As a Talent Acquisition Director she had spearheaded recruitment and Market Entry strategies for in-country and global organisations in Europe, Middle East and Africa more specifically Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Botswana, and South Africa with the objective of identifying, developing and empowering talent.
Some of her recognitions include: Top 100 Career Women in Nigeria (2022) by 9to5Chick Top 40 HR Leaders in Nigeria to follow in 2022 by PeopleHum Award of Excellence from the African Women Industrialization Awards As an EMEA consultant, she works with organisations on bespoke Talent Acquisition projects which include Diversity & Inclusion initiatives, Market Entry Talent Strategy, People & Culture Design, and Organisational Re-Engineering & Transformation,
Jason Waks
Talent Acquisition, Plaid
Jason graduated from Rutgers University with a degree in political science and history in 2011. Upon graduation, he worked for a non profit organisation as a recruiting coordinator for two years until joining a recruiting agency for a year afterwards. In 2014, Jason joined InterSystems, a global mid size data management company, as an internal recruiter. Over six years there, he worked with a variety of growing technical teams including software development and product management. In early 2021, Jason joined Paxos, a Series D cryptocurrency/blockchain startup in New York City, where transitioned from tech to business recruiting. After spending a year plus at Paxos and seeing the company double in size, he joined Plaid's business recruiting team in March of this year. Plaid is a leader in fintech growth enablement and has close to 1,200 employees across the world
Ini Akpan
HR Operations Lead, Niyo Enterprise
Iniabasi supervises Niyo Group's recruitment, operations, and HR management. She is a reputable HR expert with HRCI-PHRi and CIPD certifications, allowing her to practise HR globally. Ini, who has more than three years of experience in HR and recruitment, has worked on a number of worthwhile projects, including the development and execution of employee engagement initiatives, the creation of talent acquisition strategies for Niyo Group, and the facilitation of the performance management cycle for Interswitch, a Nigerian company for which she previously worked. Prior to joining Niyo Group, Ini began her career in the UK at Randstad Sourceright, where she was responsible for the direct sourcing and recruiting of niche and high-quality talent for top client businesses such as Barclays, PwC, and Aviva. Her knowledge and dedication have earned her credibility as an HR and recruiting specialist. She devotes her leisure time to mentoring university students in Nigeria and the United Kingdom on how to become employable/acquire employability skills and achieve academic excellence. Ini graduated from Birmingham City University with a distinction in International Human Resource Management and was recognised as the top-performing MA student in her cohort.
