Bukola is an award-winning senior Governance, Risk and Controls expert who has held leadership roles in global organisations such as Barclays, HSBC, RBS, JP Morgan and Deloitte.
Ernest Ofei
Director, Financial Services/Assurance, EY
Ernest Ofei is a Director in the Financial Services Extended Assurance practice at EY. He has previously worked at organisations including KPMG, Goldman Sachs, Siemens and Deloitte. He commenced his career in Canberra Australia and has spent a significant amount of time working across the globe in countries such as the US, Germany, Chile, and Singapore. Ernest is a strong advocate of the personal and professional opportunities that international experience can provide.
Yinka Fadina
Head of Audit
Yinka Fadina is Head of Audit at Natwest and is responsible for helping deliver Natwest’s strategic objectives by providing insight assurance. She is also responsible for co-leading the Natwest Group – Racial Equality Taskforce, who identify and aim to remove key barriers facing Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic colleagues, customers and communities. In addition to her many accomplishments, she loves spending time with her family and mentoring and sponsoring junior colleagues in and outside the organisation!
