Masterclass Description

If you’re like us, you have an idea where you want your career to be headed. You probably have your career goals written or typed out somewhere…those Big, Hairy, Audacious Goals (BHAG) that give you a tingly feeling on the inside.

But the interesting thing about life is sometimes, for better or for worse, things don’t always go according to plan.

Your application could be denied.
You could get passed over for a promotion.
You could make it to the final stage of an interview and still miss out on the job.
Your CV could have made it to a hundred inboxes, without a single call-back!

Carefully curated plans, all gone up in flames ?

Throughout your career, you’re going to have to flex your resilience muscles whenever curveballs are thrown your way. The quicker you flex them, the sooner you’ll be on your way to winning and knocking your ‘BHAG’ out of the park.

What you’ll learn in this Masterclass

  • What resilience is and why it is so important

  • How to develop a resilient mindset

  • The top 3 elements that are essential to a resilient mindset

  • How to build your resilience muscles and increase your ‘bounce back ability quotient

  • How to deal with the emotions that come from setbacks and switch from panic to purpose
