Sam is the UKI Regional Head of Internal Audit at DWS. In his role, he leads the regional strategy and is accountable Senior Manager (SMF 5) for the Internal Audit Function UKI. Sam is highly active in initiatives driving diversity, inclusion, and career driving and Co-chairs DWS Black Leadership Alliance (BLA), an employee-driven network that strives to facilitate the success of DWS’s Black professionals by developing and leveraging diversity for their advancement whilst also contributing to communities and the firm. Sam has held leadership positions at Citigroup and Deutsche Bank and started his career as a Credit Risk Analyst at JP Morgan. Sam holds a degree in Accounting & Finance with Management Science from the University of Kent, and a Post Graduate Degree in Finance & Investment from Bayes Business School (City University)
