Christina Brooks is an executive resourcing specialist and inclusion activist with over 15 years of industry experience. She is also the Founder of Ruebik, helping businesses broaden the conversation around gender diversity, to include multiple underrepresented communities.
Previously the Global Executive Talent Acquisition Lead at Rolls-Royce, Christina has held management positions in several executive search firms, successfully partnering with a wide range of clients across several sectors. She’s served as a Talent Development Expert at the BBC and also has experience recruiting across investment banking and private equity industries.
Christina uses her in-house, agency, and consulting experience to deliver diverse cross-functional talent and programmes for SME and FTSE organisations through inclusive recruitment techniques; coaching and onboarding programmes; and diversity and inclusion strategy development.
One of the few Black women in a senior executive search position in the UK, Christina prides herself on imaginatively challenging and adding value to her clients through a ‘trusted advisor’ approach, putting collaboration and co-creation above all else.
Outside of her trailblazing work improving talent pools around the country, Christina is also passionate about improving awareness of neurodiversity and early childhood education in the UK. She sits on the board of Trustees for Footsteps Academy in Tottenham and is a devoted mentor to young men in the judicial system.
