Career Masterclass Welcomes Amanda Pullinger, Former CEO of 100 Women in Finance, as New Interim Chief Executive Officer

Following a Board Meeting held on March 26th 2024, Career Masterclass, a global talent development organisation supporting businesses to build more diverse and inclusive workplaces, has announced the appointment of Amanda Pullinger as its Interim Chief Executive Officer, effective April 1st 2024. She will replace Bose Alimi, who has led the organisation over the past few years.

Ms. Pullinger brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success in the finance and non-profit sectors. With a deep understanding of the evolving needs of the workforce and a passion for the inclusion of underrepresented groups, she is perfectly poised to lead Career Masterclass into its next chapter of growth and impact.

Ms. Pullinger was previously the Chief Executive Officer of 100 Women in Finance. Over twenty years, she was responsible for taking the organisation from one hundred women in the hedge fund industry to a globally respected professional association of over 30,000 registered members, operating in 32 locations across five continents.

Amanda is also Founder and Principal of Global Female Investors Management LLC, a global advisory firm focused on providing strategic and practical talent, career and business solutions aimed at increasing the number of female investors across asset classes. The Global Female Investors Network serves female risk takers across asset classes, enabling global connectivity to peers, and access to career and business opportunities.


Ms. Pullinger is a Non Executive Director of FP Airports Ltd. She serves as Treasurer and Past President on the Brasenose Alumni Society Board. She holds several Advisory roles including the Advisory Board of the Chartered Management Institute’s CMI Women and the Harambe Entrepreneur Alliance (Harambeans). She is an Ambassador for the Diversity Project UK. Previously, she served as Chairman of the Board of The HALO Trust, as Audit Committee Chair on the Board of the HALO Trust (USA), Director on the Oxford University Alumni Board and she served on the Board of Langone NYU Cancer Institute. She was on the founding Board of 100 Women in Finance, serving as its Founding Chair for 3 years.
