Resilience also enables us to bounce back from setbacks and approach life proactively.

Kelechi has a passion for Diversity & Inclusion, and played a pivotal role in creating and co-chairing, the UK Barclays Black Professional Forum (BPF) and his team won the ‘Inclusion Champion’ category in the 2019 Citizenship and Diversity Awards. More recently, at the height of the ‘Black Lives Matter’ movement in summer of 2020, he was appointed as the global head for the ‘Race at Work agenda’ sitting in group HR to design & execute the strategic framework for Barclays.

Kelechi discusses the key things to do after facing a setback such as having the right and positive mental attitude, building valuable networks, and investing your time in training and development. He also shares insights on how to bring your best self to work.
In this module, Kelechi opens up with a personal story of his struggles in a year when the world was dealing with the pandemic. He shares how resilience played a part in getting him through and how a positive turnaround elevated his profile in many ways.
Kelechi wraps up this masterclass with lessons he learned from his setbacks and emphasises the importance of self-reflection in helping you move ahead.
